Davanagere City Corporation Water Charges

Davanagere City Corporation serves the citizens of Davanagere with proper water supply. Consumers have to pay the monthly water bills regularly as demanded by BCC Department. BCC is integrated with Davanagere One to collect monthly payments from the BCC consumers.

The Consumers are provided with various options of payments to pay their Water Bills such as:

The Consumers can make the payments by presenting the Bill or the necessary inputs for the Davanagere One application.

Service Offered:

Viewing and Payment of Water Bills

To pay the BCC monthly Water Charges bills at BE1 centers the citizen must furnish the bill/Receipt. BE1 Operator captures relevant information and commits the transaction. On Successful Transaction, BE1 Receipt will be issued to the citizen.

Bangalore Electricity Supply Company (BESCOM)

DESCOM serves the people of Davanagere with proper power supply and viewing and payment of bills. Davanagere One application has provided a service to collect electricity bill payments. Now Citizen can pay electricity bill through Davanagere One centers. Citizen can pay the electricity bill irrespective of sub-divisions comes under Davanagere. The Consumers are provided with various options of payments to pay their Electricity Bills such as Cash, Cheque, and DD. On successful transaction, BE1 Receipt will be furnished to the citizen.

Payment of Electricity Bills

Citizen has to furnish Bill from which Connection ID has to be entered. RR No, Consumer Name and LF Number will be retrieved from the local database as per the master data furnished by GESCOM. Citizen can get the Electricity bill details as well as pay multiple bills at Davanagere One centers. Citizen can have multiple bill payments through a single cheque or DD. DD/Cheque should be taken in favour of Davanagere One and it must be taken from any of the RBI (Reserve Bank of India) recognized banks.

Viewing and Payment of Bills by Account Number (RAPDRP Model)

Citizen can furnish Electricity bill or Bill details (Account Number) to pay through DavanagereOne centers spread across the city. Here Account Number is mandatory to retrieve Bill information.Manual Entry is not allowed for this service. Available Pay Modes are Cash, Cheque and DD.Citizen can pay multiple bill payments with single pay mode i.e. Cash, Cheque or DD.DD or Cheque should be in favour of Davanagere One and it must belong to any of the RBI recognized banks.No partial payment is allowed.

RPO - Generate ARN

This service is to facilitate an opportunity to citizens of Karnataka to register a slot through Davanagere One. Citizens for those who cannot have internet facility can visit our Davanagere One Centers to register a slot at the Regional Passport Office. Our Operator can login to department portal, furnishes the candidate information and generates an Acknowledgement Form, which comprising Application Reference Number (ARN).

Generate Application Reference Number

General information of Candidate will be captured at Davanagere One Application to commit a transaction such as Candidate Name, Application Reference Number and Category. Nominal charges will be charged as a service charge for a transaction at Davanagere One.

CellOne

CellOne serves the citizens of Davanagere with an exhaustive range of quality mobile services. This is to make the payments of CellOne postpaid mobile bills possible at Davanagere One Center. The only service available with BE1 is "Viewing and Payment of Postpaid Bills".

Citizen can pay the CellOne-Post Paid bills at Davanagere One centers. Citizen must provide either bill or provide the Account Number, Invoice number and Primary Telephone number for their bill. Citizen can pay the bill through cash, cheque, DD or Credit Card. Citizen can pay the bills after the due date also. The DD/Cheque should be taken in favour of Davanagere One and it must be taken from any of the RBI (Reserve Bank of India) recognized banks

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL)

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited service endows the citizen of Davanagere with quality telephone services. Collection of BSNL telephone bills is one of the Services in the Davanagere One application. This is a common service for Payment of Landline Bills for Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited. The bills for the PCO owners would also be accepted along with the landline telephone bills. The bills for the Davanagere city would only be taken at all BE1 centers.

BSNL Multiple Bill Payment

Citizen can pay their BSNL telephone bills through BE1 Centers. Citizen can get their BSNL telephone bill details as well as pay the bills in any of the Davanagere One centers. Citizen can pay the bill through cash, cheque, DD or . Citizen can have multiple bill payments through a single cheque or DD provided the DD/Cheque should be in the name of Davanagere One. The payments will be done through s and currently we accept VISA and MASTER CARDS only. A receipt will be issued to the citizen after every successful transaction.

E-Filing of Returns

TCitizens of Davanagere are provided a facility to file their tax returns successfully through Davanagere One. Taxsmile is keen to integrate the E-Filing Returns with Davanagere One to provide an extended arm of facility for Citizens of Davanagere through BE1 centers.

At BE1 center, citizen has to buy a Kit Form and furnish necessary information to file annual tax return. Citizen has to furnish E-mail ID because after filing tax return process is completed at Department end, citizen will get the update message. Citizen has to provide Form 16 at the time of submission of Kit Form at BE1 center. Kit Form should be filled by Citizen. This Kit Form consists of a unique Kit Number. Citizen will be charged for this service and Kit Form. After successful transaction, a receipt is generated and will be issued to the citizen with duly signature of the operator.

E-Filing of Returns

Citizen has to furnish necessary information and duly fill the Kit Form. Email ID has to be furnished. After filing the return details at department end citizen will be getting acknowledgment. Form V will be sent through Email ID. BE1 Operator will enter the Kit Number and submit the transaction. A Receipt is generated and issued to the citizen.

Update E-Filing Status

Citizen has to furnish the Form 16 and Kit Form (filled by citizen) to the operator. Operator update the status as received. After receiving Form 16 and Kit Form from the citizen, BE1 Manager dispatches the documents to the Taxsmile Department.

Update E-Filing Status for Form V

Once the citizen received the Form V from the Taxsmile Department, citizen has to take a print out of the Form V document and has to furnish to the operator. Operator updates the status as Received.

Airtel (Mobile Post-Paid)

Airtel serves the citizens of Davanagere with an exhaustive range of quality telephone services. With a view to provide the citizens of Davanagere an array of options to make the payments of their Airtel Post-Paid Telephone Bills, Airtel has decided to integrate with BE1. “Viewing and Payment of post-paid mobile bills” service is for citizens to utilize the convenience of payment of their postpaid bills at any of the several Davanagere One centers spread across Davanagere city.

Renewal of Exide Life Insurance Policy can be done at Davanagere One Centers. Citizen has to furnish Policy Number with which Policy details can be retrieved from the remote database. Premium amount has to be collected completely. No partial amount is allowed. Cash is pay modes available.

About KSRTC Services

KSRTC is the Government of Karnataka body, which deals with the Road Transport facilities most part of the state of Karnataka. It is the corporative public sector transport corporation, which runs services over 22-lakh km daily across 3000 destinations. DavanagereOne application is made primarily to integrate the various services of the departments of the state Government so that the citizen can pay all kinds of bills and avail other services of the government bodies under one roof.Taking this into consideration, DavanagereOne is providing a link of KSRTC in its application to provide the basic services of booking and cancellation of tickets through its counters. By clicking the link on the BE1 application, an operator can collect the money in cash to issue a ticket for journey as well as a receipt for the transaction. The payment mode will always be through Cash and Credit Card.

Bus Ticket Booking

Citizen can book their journey plan to book their ticket at BE1 centre.According to the plan of citizen, either he/she choose a One way trip or Round trip.Citizen has to furnish the Source, Destination point of journey, date of journey, number of passengers and class of service.For Round Trip, source and destination, date of journey, journey time, Return time (for Round Trip), number of passengers and class of service.Senior citizen concession facility is available.Ticket is generated after successful transaction which will be issued to the citizen.

Ticket Cancellation

Citizen can cancel the booked ticket before the bus departures.Citizen has to furnish PNR Number.Ticket details will be fetched from the remote database and cancel the ticket with citizen confirmation.Refund the amount to the citizen with some deductions as per KSRTC department.

PUC

Students belongs to PUC can avail the PUC services at Davanagere One such as Application for Photo Copies, Revaluation, Re-Totaling of Marks, and PUC Results.

The purpose of Photo Copies is customer can check if any mishaps happened by the evaluation team or mistakes committed by himself. Fees for this service is Rs. 504 (Per Subject) + Rs. 5(Service Charge per transaction)

The purpose of Revaluation is to reevaluate the examination paper with another lecturer. Fees for this service is Rs. 1260 (Per Subject) + Rs. 5(Service Charge per transaction)

The purpose of Re-totaling is to count the marks again so that if any mishap happened or not. Fees for this service is Rs. 336 (Per Subject) + Rs. 5(Service Charge per transaction)

Student has to furnish Registration Number with which subjects and College details retrieved from the database. Student can apply for photo copies, revaluation or re-totaling of Marks. Amount per subject is decided by PUC Department.

  • The Welfare Board is keen on providing an extended arm of facility to registered workers to make their subscription fees payment through BE1 centers.

  • The citizen has to furnish the Worker Name, ID Card Number, and Period of Payment for subscription.
  • Registered worker should specify that subscription payment for Quarterly, half-yearly or Annually.

RTO has integrated a few services with Davanagere One like Issue of B-Extract of transport Vehicles and Issuance of DL Extract to facilitate the citizens of Karnataka. Now Citizen can get vehicle owner’s information (RC-Extract) about registered transport vehicles as well as Driving License through any of Davanagere One centers spread across Davanagere City.

Issuance of RC-Extract for Vehicle

Citizen wishes to sell the owned vehicle, the document required to get from the RTO Department is B-Extract. Now Citizen can get vehicle owner’s information about registered transport vehicles from any of Davanagere One centers.Registration Number of the vehicle has to be provided to retrieve the nominal information of RC-Extract from remote database Application retrieves Name of the owner, RTO Code and Vehicle Chassis Number from the remote database to get confirmation to commit the transaction Applicant Name, Address and Mobile Number will be captured Davanagere One charges Rs. 18/- per copy.Charges may change in future as per department norms.Pay mode for this service is Cash only.

Issuance of DL Extract

Citizen wishes to get updates of Driving License Information, the document required to get from the RTO Department is DL-Extract. Now Citizen can get DL-Extract from any of Davanagere One centers.Registration Number of the vehicle has to be provided to retrieve the nominal information of DL-Extract from remote database Application retrieves Name of the owner, RTO Code and Date of Birth from the remote database to get confirmation to commit the transaction Applicant Name, Address and Mobile Number will be captured Davanagere One charges Rs. 18/- per copy.Charges may change in future as per epartment norms.Pay mode is Cash only.

EPIC CARD

Office of the Chief Electoral Officer, Karnataka is one of the Services in the Davanagere One application. This service is rendering through Davanagere One to apply Name Inclusion, Deletion, Modification and Transposition to the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer, Karnataka. Initially Davanagere One will be rendering this service through selected Davanagere Centers only. Davanagere One Operator has to utilize the Department Portal to render these services and can do a transaction at Davanagere One Application to generate a Davanagere Receipt. There is no transaction charge involved in rendering these services. This is a value added service for the citizens of Karnataka through Davanagere One and Bangalore One Applications.

Services available through Davanagere One

Name Inclusion

The citizen can visit Davanagere One Center to apply for EPIC Card i.e. Inclusion under which has to furnish paraphernalia to Davanagere Operator and an acknowledgement receipt will be issued. On successful field survey of Department, EPIC Card will be issued.

Deletion

Citizen can request to remove the EPIC Card details from the respective constituency if there are multiple EPIC Cards are issued.

Modification

Citizen can request to update the corrections required in the EPIC Card Details such as Name,Age,Father’s/Mother’s/Husband’s Name, Sex, and Electors Photo Identity Card Number.

Transposition

A person whose name is already included in the current Electoral Roll can file the Application for transposition of an entry in a different place of the same Constituency

Citizen has to furnish a few supporting documents to process the application at Department end. Supporting Documents like Address Proof, Identity Proof, two copies of Passport Photographs.

Davanagere One Coordinator gathers all the applications from each center and hand them over to department along with provided supporting documents.

Issue of EPIC Card

Now Davanagere One has integrated the service to issue EPIC Card at Davanagere One Centers. Citizen might have enrolled for EPIC Card or any modifications. To get New or updated EPIC Card, citizen can visit to the Davanagere One Center. EPIC Card will be issued to the respective candidate only. It will not be handed over to any other person on behalf of somebody.

  • Citizen has to furnish Constituency, Candidate Name and Relation Name.
  • Operator logs in Department Portal through Davanagere One Application and searches for provided information. Application displays multiple records along with Photo.
  • Citizen has to identify one’s photograph and verify the EPIC information before issuing the EPIC Card.
  • On getting confirmation, EPIC Card will be printed and issued to the citizen with proper lamination.
  • Davanagere One charges for this service is Rs. 10/-. Pay mode is only Cash.
UIDAI

Unique identification project was initially conceived by the Planning Commission as an initiative that would provide identification for each resident across the country and would be used primarily as the basis for efficient delivery of welfare services. It would also act as a tool for effective monitoring of various programs and schemes of the Government.

Generate e-Aadhar

Enrollment of UID process is conducting area wise in stipulated schedules. Citizens who have enrolled will be issued Enrollment letter as an acknowledgement. If citizen wishes to submit or update UID information for any bank accounts or as a supporting document before receiving UID Card, Citizen can visit UIDAI Site or Davanagere One.

  • Citizen has to furnish Enrollment Number which will be available in the Enrollment letter.
  • Operator captures Enrollment Number and Date and Time at Department Portal.
  • Operator generates Aadhar Letter which comprises the Citizen information along with authorized digital signature.
  • Print out of Aadhar Letter will be issued to the citizen.
  • Operator has to conduct transaction at Davanagere Application by capturing provided Enrollment Number.
  • Davanagere Application generates Davanagere Receipt which will be issued as an acknowledgement.
  • Davanagere One charges Rs. 9/- per transaction. Pay mode will be only Cash.

IDEA Services available with DavanagereOne Centres

Viewing and Payment of Post-paid bills

Citizens can pay their IDEA mobile postpaid bills through this service. IDEA accepts bill from IDEA post-paid customers across the state of Karnataka. For the Bill payment, citizen must provide either the original IDEA postpaid bill containing the phone number and the amount, or just the mobile number for their bill payment along with the payment details.

Postpaid bills before due date and after due date will be acceptable at all BE1 centers. Partial payment and advance payments for IDEA postpaid bills are also acceptable at all BE1 centers.

In case the bill payment is made through Cheque/DD, the customer must mention the mobile no. at the back of the Cheque/DD. The Cheque/DD should be in favour of IDEA Telecommunications Pvt. Ltd. In case the bill payment is made through Cheque/DD, the customer must mention the mobile no. at the back of the Cheque/DD. The Cheque/DD should be in favour of IDEA Telecommunications Pvt. Ltd. A/C No and it must be approved by any of the RBI (Reserve Bank of India) recognized banks.

Food and Civil Supplies

Enrollment for Ration Card

This service is to facilitate an opportunity to citizens of Karnataka to get enroll for Ration Card Service through Davanagere One. Citizen has to furnish all required supporting documents along with an Introducer.Citizen has to be accompanied with all his/her family members physically at the time of enrollment.Davanagere One charges 50/- for each enrollment. Davanagere One updates transaction data to Food and Civil Supplies Department daily so that processing of respective request can be processed.

Print Ration Card

Now citizen can get print out of Ration Card at Davanagere One Centers. On Successful Enrollment for Ration Card, Citizen can visit to Davanagere One Center stipulated time and get the Ration Card Copy. Citizen has to furnish the enrollment number which was provided at the time of Ration Card Enrollment Service at Davanagere One or at Foods and Civil Supplies Department.Details will be identified through Department Portal and issues a print out of Ration Card.Davanagere One is charging 50/- per each transaction. Pay mode would be only Cash.

Payment of Fee for linking EPIC Card/Aadhar Card to Ration Card

As per Government Rule, Ration Card Holders have to link respective Family Members' EPIC Card and Aadhar Card details to their Ration Card Number.Citizen has to bring EPIC Card (Voter ID) or Aadhar Card (UIDAI) to Davanagere One Center where those details will be updated to respective Ration card Number through Foods and Civil Supply Department Portal.

  • Citizen visits to Davanagere One Center with Acknowledgement Number or Ration Card Number.
  • Acknowledgement or Ration Card Number will be captured at Department Portal and respective Family Members' Details will be retrieved.
  • If Age of Family Member is more than 21 Years, Need to capture EPIC Number and update. This is mandatory.
  • For each transaction to update EPIC Card Details, Rs. 10/- will be charged.

For Example, family comprising 5 members and updated only 3 members EPIC Card Details of Acknowledgement Number or Ration card Number, Rs. 10/- will be collected to update. To update remaining family members' EPIC Card Details of same Acknowledgement Number or Ration card Number again, Rs. 10/- will be collected.

Davanagere Urban Development Authority

Currently BUDA is following manual process for generating challans for respective BUDA Services and there is no database maintained. Directorate of EDCS, GOK suggested solutions to digitize the data available in Registers and Challans as well as Accounts.

Generate Challan

Authorized BUDA Official will be given authentication to use this module. As per the requirements of citizens, BUDA Official identifies BUDA Services and their Fees. A BUDA Challan will be generated after all verification which would be as per norms of BUDA. BUDA Challan will be comprising a unique Challan number and selected services along with fees. BUDA Challan will be issued to Citizen with duly signature of BUDA Official.

Cancel Challan

Authorized BUDA Official can cancel generated challan found any correction is required. By mentioning Challan Number, challan details can be retrieved and can cancel the same.

Collection of BUDA Challan Fees

BUDA Challan Fees can be collected Davanagere One Centers only. Citizen furnishes BUDA Challan to pay Fees at Davanagere One Centers. Challan Number will be captured and retrieved challan information along with Fees and commit the transaction. Citizen can furnish BUDA Old Challan to pay fees at Davanagere One Centers, while new system occupies the space of offline process (BUDA Old Challan Process). Available pay modes are Cash and DD.

CSC Services

Davanagere One has been providing a bouquet of Utility Bill Payment services to citizens of Davanagere. Davanagere One will be trying to integrate with respective stakeholder to serve citizens of Davanagere. A few utility bill payment services are availed under CSC Portal which are not available under Davanagere One. Now Davanagere One is gathering those services to Davanagere One becoming agent of CSC to serve citizens more better. After all Davanagere One is meant to provide citizen centric services under one roof.

Mobile Pre-Paid Recharge

Currently Davanagere One is availing Postpaid Bill Payments.For the first time, Pre-paid Recharge service for all service providers is not available under Davanagere One.Citizen has to furnish Mobile Number and the amount would like to recharge.Pay modes available are Cash and Credit card.

Data Card Recharge

For the first time, Data Card Recharge Service for all Service Providers is available under Davanagere One. Citizen has to furnish Data Card Number (10-Digit Number) and amount would like to be recharged. Pay modes available are Cash and Credit Card.

DTH Recharge

DTH Recharge service will be available under Davanagere One. Citizen can avail al DTH Service Provides such as Airtel, Reliance, Videocon, TATA Sky etc.Citizen has to furnish DTH Subscriber Number and the amount to be recharged. Available pay modes are Cash and Credit Card.

LIC Premium Payment

Now citizen can avail Life Insurance Corporation Premium Payment service at Davanagere One. Citizen has to furnish Policy Number with which Policy Details will be retrieved along with Policy Premium.After verifying the Policy Details, Demanded Premium Amount can be paid. Available pay modes are Cash and Credit Card.

EESL

Government of Karnataka introduced Hosa Belaku-Domestic Efficient Lighting Program, an ambitious program, in association with Energy Efficiency Department to provide LED bulbs at nominal prices to all households in the state to save power. These LED bulbs are of 9 Mega Watts each and are non-breakable bulbs which come with a three-year warranty. They emit more light compared to incandescent bulbs.

Davanagere One integrated a service through which LED Bulbs are getting distributed through Davanagere One Centers to citizens of Davanagere. Based on the BESCOM Department Data, respective citizen will be issued 5 to 10 LED Bulbs w.r.t. the BESCOM Connection wise Load. Each LED Bulb will be charged Rs. 100/- and the Quota will be decided by BESCOM Department. Initially a few Davanagere One Centers are rendering this service across Davanagere City. Citizen has to furnish BESCOM Account Number with which transaction can be rendered and be issued LED Bulbs.

  • Citizen furnishes BESCOM Account Number which will be captured at Department Portal.
  • Department Portal will be displaying the BESCOM Connection Details along with allotted Quota of LED Bulbs.
  • BE1 Operator commits the transaction and update the Department Receipt Number under Davanagere One Application and conduct a transaction at Davanagere One Application.
  • BE1 Operator collects the Amount as per the number of LED Bulbs through Davanagere One application
  • Available Pay Mode is only Cash.
