How to Pay Bills Online

Now the payments can be made using VISA/Master Credit Card (Domestic Only) and Net Banking with some convenience charges.Convenience Charges applicable are as indicated below
  • Credit Cards and Net Banking – 2.02%

  • Debit Cards- 1.40%
Here’s a simple step-by-step guide on how you can go about using this facility:

  • Citizens wishing to make online payments through Karnataka One Portal ( have to mandatorily register to obtain user id and Password. Only ONE TIME REGISTRATION is required.
  • Click on the “REGISTRATION” button which is just below the log in button.
  • Fill in the registration form and click on the “REGISTER ME” Button.
  • On successful submission of form A link will be sent to the mail box for verification of your email account.
  • Log in to your email box of the email provided in the registration form.
  • Click on the link by .
  • Your log in id and password shall also be sent to your mail box for your future requirements.
  • Now you are ready to make online payments.
  • Login to the Portal/website with your Login and password.
  • On logging in you will find city wise services.
  • Click on the city for which you would like to make payments.
  • On clicking on the city you will find the services available for that city like Payment of cellone post paid bills, Airtel Mobile- Payment of post paid bills and so on.
  • Click on the service for which you wish to make payment.
  • Provide the details and choose the pay mode ( Credit cards/Debit Cards/Net Banking).
  • After Submitting the details and on confirmation of the details entered , you will re-directed to the Internet Payment Gateway
  • Key in the Bank details/card details and submit.
  • On successful payment, you will be redirected to Karnataka one portal where in u can view the receipt and print the same..
  • Receipt shall also be mailed to your mail box.
